Our history and team

Founded in 1997 by Amanda (Mandy) Dietz, Step by Step Consulting has been providing an array of companies with successful business solutions throughout North America, the Caribbean and Europe.  Our clients represent the public and private sectors, and span such industries as financial services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and education.  

We have built a team of experienced, dynamic consultants,instructors and facilitators to ensure we have the right match for your needs.  Each has a strong background in strategy development and deployment, process management, project management and customer experience transformation.

Our approach reflects what we believe to be the keys to meeting our clients' expectations:
